Welcome

BECCO Trust is the platform your team uses to accept and manage the clients of your trust office. It brings the client acceptance process together in one place:

  • Collecting information: your client and their shareholders, ultimate beneficial owners and directors answer a guided questionnaire and upload the required documents.
  • Screening: through the integrated Stracket service, the people and companies involved are checked against sanction lists, PEP registers and adverse media, with ongoing monitoring afterwards.
  • Verifying: your account managers check every party’s identity document, address verification, tax details and corporate records, and record per party that this was done.
  • Deciding: compliance judges the risk, management approves or declines, and the whole file, including every status change and email, is kept as an audit trail.

This manual is written for dashboard users: account managers, compliance officers and managers who work with clients in the BECCO Trust dashboard. No technical knowledge is required. Every chapter describes what you see on screen and which steps to take.

If you were invited to fill in a form or to use the client portal, this manual is not aimed at you. A description of the portal itself can be found in What your client sees.
