Signing in

You reach the dashboard at the web address your organization uses for BECCO Trust.

Sign in with your email and password

Section titled “Sign in with your email and password”

  1. Enter your Email Address and Password.

  2. Press Sign in to BECCO Solutions.

Your account is created for you by an administrator of your platform. If you don’t have an account yet, ask the person who manages users in your team.

Two-step verification

Depending on your platform’s security settings, signing in involves a second step to confirm it’s really you:

  • Verification code: after entering your password you’ll see the screen “Verification in 2 steps”. An email is sent containing a code and a link. Enter the code in the Code field and press Authenticate yourself, or click the link in the email. Keep the sign-in page open while you check your mail.
  • Device verification: the first time you sign in on a new computer, phone or browser, you may see the message “Check your mail”. Click the link in the email you receive to verify the device. Keep the original tab open: once the device is verified, you are signed in automatically on that tab.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password? underneath the password field.

  2. Enter your Email Address and press Send email.

  3. Open the recovery email and follow the link to choose a new password. The link is valid for a limited time, so use it straight away.

You will only receive an email if your address is registered in the system, and it may end up in your spam folder.

Signing out

Use Log out in the dashboard. The confirmation dialog offers an extra option, I want BECCO Solutions to forget my device: tick it and you will have to verify your device by email again next time you sign in.

In the live environment the dashboard also signs you out by itself after a period of inactivity, so an unattended screen does not stay open.

Your verified devices

Section titled “Your verified devices”

The devices button in the top-right corner of the dashboard shows every device you have signed in from, with its operating system, browser and location. Remove a device you no longer use, and it will have to be verified by email again.
