Exporting to Conneqtid

Conneqtid is the sister platform used by brokers, project developers and notaries. When one of them asks your client to fill in an onboarding form there, you don’t have to send the information over by hand: BECCO Trust can fill their form for you.

Unlike the other exports, this one produces no file. The information is sent directly into the Conneqtid form you point it at.

What you need

Your contact at the other party sends your client a Conneqtid form link with an access code. You need both:

Field	What to enter
Form URL	The full link to the Conneqtid submission, for example https://brokers.conneqtid.com/submissions/<token>. The first part of the address decides which Conneqtid system the information goes to: brokers, projectdevelopers or notaries.
PIN-code	The access code belonging to that form, from the same invitation.

Sending the information

1. Open the client’s Information tab and press Export data.
2. Choose Export to Conneqtid form.
3. Fill in the Form URL and the PIN-code.
4. Press the export button.

On success the dialog confirms that the Conneqtid form has been supplemented with the information from this client, and offers an Open Conneqtid form button so you can check the result straight away.

What is sent

The export carries over the information that a Conneqtid onboarding form asks for:

• The point of contact: name, date and place of birth, country of birth, gender, passport number, nationality, address, phone number, email addresses, whether they are a politically exposed person, and their employment details.
• The company: date of incorporation, country of statutory seat, registration number and legal form.
• Bank details as supplied in the form.
• The ownership structure: every shareholder with their percentage and their place in the chart. Directors are not carried over, so the receiving party will have to add them themselves.
• References to five document types: the proof of address, the passport, the chamber of commerce extract, the deed of incorporation and the shareholders register. The documents are shared as links, not as uploaded copies.

If it doesn’t work

• “Unsupported target system or URL”: the Form URL is not recognized. Check that you pasted the complete link including the /submissions/... part, and that the address is a brokers, projectdevelopers or notaries Conneqtid address.
• Nothing arrives in the form: verify the PIN-code. It belongs to that one specific form and cannot be reused for another.

The UBO threshold differs

Conneqtid marks a shareholder as an ultimate beneficial owner from 25%, where BECCO Trust uses 10% in its own party list. Someone flagged as a UBO here can therefore arrive at the other side without that marker.

Note

This export is not recorded on the client’s Audit trail, so note it in the internal notes if it matters that the file shows the information was shared.
