Exporting client information

The dashboard can turn a client file into a set of PDF documents: the completed forms of the parties you select, with their uploaded documents alongside. No retyping: everything is rendered from the information in the file.

Export as PDF form

1. Open the client’s Information tab and press Export data above the party list.
2. Choose Export as PDF form.
3. Select the Exported pages: which sections of the form should end up in the PDF. All pages are ticked by default.
4. Select the Parties to include. Each party is tagged Signed or Unsigned, so you can see at a glance whose form is final.
5. Generate the export.

The result is a single ZIP file, which your browser downloads automatically. It contains one folder per selected party, holding:

• the rendered form PDF with the pages you selected;
• a documents folder with a selection of that party’s uploaded files.

For the point of contact, the export additionally contains the organization chart, a directors list and the corporate documents of the legal entities in the structure.

Not every document is in the ZIP

The documents folder is limited to a fixed set: the bank reference, the proof of address, the letter of appointment, the arrests/detentions document, the source-of-wealth evidence and the KYC document. The certified passport is not included, and neither are the tax documentation, the Stracket report or anything uploaded as an additional document.

If you need the complete dossier, take those files from the Documents tab as well.

Which parties can be exported?

The list offers the point of contact plus every party that is a natural person. Companies in the structure are not exported as separate folders; their documents travel with the point of contact’s folder.

Include the risk profile

Among the selectable pages is Risk profile. Tick it and the risk profile card of the client, with the initial and final risk classification, the compliance judgement, the management decision, the risk mitigation and the remarks, is rendered as the last page of the PDF. That way the assessment travels with the dossier.

Export the organization chart

The organization chart has its own export, on the client’s UBO tab: press the Download button in the chart’s toolbar. The Export organization chart dialog opens and produces a PDF of the structure as it is now. What you see on screen (the zoom level, whether directors are shown) does not affect the result: the PDF is rendered fresh from the data.

Other export formats

The same Export data dialog offers two more options:

• Export as FIU format: a report XML for the Financial Intelligence Unit Curaçao. Only available for platforms in Curaçao with FIU sharing enabled.
• Export to Conneqtid form: push the client’s information into a Conneqtid form instead of downloading a file.

Who can export?

Exporting a single client’s information is available to every dashboard role. The separate export of the client list to Excel, the download icon above the client list, is reserved for administrators and the CEO.
